If you have a computer question or technical issue, you have arrived at the right place. This "Computer Support" is primarily for people using a computer with Windows as their operation system (95, 98, Me, 2000, XP etc.). However, other operating system questions may be sent (Macintosh, Red Hat Linux, etc.); we will attempt to point you in the right direction to gain further help.

Some example questions:

  • How to change the screen's picture (wallpaper)?
  • How to setup a home network including:
    • Being able to share an internet connection between two or more computers?
    • Print to another printer located in a different room?
    • Access files stored on another computer (music, pictures, etc.)?
  • How to add more memory?
  • How to add or replace a harddrive?
  • Any other question(s) you may have...
